CEMETERY HUNTS
Cemetery hunts are a paranormal researchers greatest freind and a rewarding hobby when it comes to down time. These ventures have been our means to build on our investigation skills and learn from our mistakes. This is the only type of investigations our crew has done to this moment, excluding lake city skate which was a blast and turned up some great evps, but we are in the middle of getting our CCTV and DVR system, the same one used by the televised TAPS crew, so we can move forward with our investigations to include home's and business's. It's a very fulfilling and positive feeling to go out in local cemeteries and communicate with the otherside. after all, we are at a very important location to any spirit as it is sacred ground. We use four sony digital recorders and two digital still camera's. As to date we have logged about forty evps and gotten many great orb pictures. Cemeteries in the darkness of night are a peaceful, exciting and easy investigation to throughly examine as we usally log an hour on a hunt. We then return to our homes and listen to four hours of logged recordings looking for evps which has enabled us to train our ears to pick them out very decisively. It takes some time to hear them so this research has given us keen ears and is the pride of our group. Evp research is a proven science and the most anticipated piece of evidence that our team aims to obtain. We also have about 400 pictures to review in our persuit of great orb pictures. alot of paranormal groups put little to no faith in the orb theory, but our group feels that there is something possibly there and we include them as evidence that is inconclusive, but needs a more researched explanation and final answer, until then we will keep our stance. some orbs appear on vocal response, maybe its sheer coincidence but it is something to think about. We also have gotten a few mist pictures which are not smoke, breathe, or fog. they dont appear in the other 199 pictures taken, they appear in usally just one, and the other pictures are clear as they come so we definetly have full faith in the mist theory. In closing I'll say this, we pride ourselves on our research into the otherside and look forward to doing more cemeteries in the north country as the weather gets better. NNYPG1 wishes all happy huntings.[note] Another great thing about cemetery hunts is it is a cheap hobby for beginners and a way to build on their skills. All you need is a 45 dollar recorder and a still cam with at least 5 mega pixels. Digital or 35 MM, give it a try, when you get that first evp you'll be hooked.
